My friend Amy hosted my jewelry sale at their beautiful home.

I had such a wonderful time meeting new people and hanging out with my friends this afternoon. It was a fantastic turn around! Many thanks to all who came and for all of your kind words and supports.

Special thanks to the Wei family for hosting the party and making this a special day for me and Chloe! On the way home, Chloe went on and on about when we're coming back to visit again… "mommy, mommy, are you going to do business here tomorrow again? How about everyday? How about we can have a playdate tomorrow! Oh, I know! We can have a sleepover! Is that a good idea, mommy? Can we have a tea party at Naomi's, Mommy? …" 

80% of what you see here are new, made freshly just for this private sale at my friend's house this evening. Offering private sales is a way for me to showcase my newest designs at greatly discounted prices. Plus, 20% of proceeds are going to CCA, Christian Action Asia, a non profit organization that helps orphaned, abandoned and disabled children in the Tibetan Plateaus of Qinghai China.

Aleena used to be one of my good friends at work until she got engaged and decided to leave us to pursue her MBA in D.C. How selfish of her. ;P Before she left the company, she modeled for my new jewelry line. We literally locked ourselves in one of the small conference rooms during lunch and did the shoot. The light was absolutely horrible but she still looked gorgeous in the photos. Thank you so much beautiful girl and I'll see you at your wedding! In Africa! Congratulations again.
